Jenny is a dynamic Director on the AYBI management team, bringing a diverse background in journalism, fitness, and social entrepreneurship. Jenny is a qualified fitness instructor and journalist who founded BeLifted CIC in 2017. With experience in assisting people overcome addiction, safeguarding women and children, economic abuse, and business, she brings a wealth of knowledge to AYBI as Director.
