Our organisation is an Ascentis approved supplementary education and training provider; offering Functional Skills education (English and Maths) alongside our boxing training and mentoring provision which is England Boxing accredited.

As a supplementary education and training provider, we welcome referrals from various sources including the Job Centre and local authorities to work with 16-25 year olds who have left mainstream school with no qualifications and /or are known to the criminal justice. system.

Our provision aims to stop these individuals falling between the cracks and into the NEET category. As well as being constructively engaged with weekly activities and training, students will also obtain their key qualifications in Maths and English. The programme also includes employability training to get their minds ready for work, CV writing, interview techniques and 1-2-1 motivational mentoring. All participants receive a Box England accredited Level One certificate on completion of the course, enabling them to enter the job market as a box fit personal trainer/HIIT trainer.

Over the years, feedback and case studies we've gathered from our participants and their parents, carers, youth offending teams, social services etc show that in providing this support for young people aged 16 - 25, their future life prospects are improved. This comes from their increased sense of confidence and building a clear pathway to further employment and/or training as they feel supported in pursuing fulfilling options for themselves. We aim to take our participants through the Functional Skills Level 1 & 2 training within 6 to 12 weeks. The goal is then for them to secure full- or part-time employment through our partners and supporters including Argent Property Developers, Greggs Bakery, Screw-Fix etc that offer a wide range of job opportunities.
